Creating secondary indexes

You can create one or more secondary indexes in the Manage Indexes dialog box.

1. Choose Structure|Manage Indexes to display the Manage Indexes dialog box.

1. • Click the New button. The Define Index dialog box appears.

   • Select fields from the Additional Fields select box and click the arrow to add each one to the fields Of Index Key box. The double-right arrow adds all the fields at once.

   • Choose Ascending or Descending order, and click OK.
