Q: I have a problem with a downloaded file from Binaries group. I get an error message:
Error creating file: DB2AA.AAAI don't see anything wrong. I even replaced the first few lines from another working .wfm and I still get the message. What is this file and where is it coming from?
A: The DB2AA.AAA error is usually caused by use of long file names or long directory names. That is longer than the DOS eight-character file names plus three characters for the filename extension. Remember that the 5.x product is 16-bit, so long file names are not supported. Going back to 8x3 filenames usually solves this.
